Kennewick Police Department, Kennewick WA

Kennewick Police Station was completed in June 2008. Evco installed and integrated most of the building's low voltage systems. Systems components include: Gamewell E3 Fire Alarm, DvTel IP Surveillance Video/CCTV, and DvTel IP Card Access Control. Evco also installed several conference room and board room audio/video systems featuring: AMX control systems, AutoPatch video switchers, NEC projectors, Symetrix audio digital signal processing, Sennheiser wireless microphones, and Listen Technologies hearing assist systems. Programming and presets were added to allow room combining for audio and video systems between larger rooms, as well as full video conferencing solutions.

St. Patrick Hospital, Missoula MT

Evco was selected to install a new Rauland Responder IV nurse call system throughout the entire facility. This installation features full integration with Tracer staff and asset tracking system, nurse call system alerts to wireless phones (audio and text messaging), data integration with the patient information tracking system, and the Responder Net software package to allow staff/room/patient assignments and detailed event reporting.

The installation took place over several months and was completed in December 2009. All areas of the hospital were active, so Evco had to work very closely with hospital staff to schedule and successfully complete the work without interrupting the daily activity.

The new call system, complete with facility-wide integration, helps St. Patrick Hospital fulfill its vision by advancing healthcare excellence.

Benefis Health System, Great Falls MT

Completed in September 2009, the new tower at the expansive Benefis Health System campus in Great Falls boasts "patient-first" building design and state-of-the-art technology integration. The seven story South Tower is home to: the Women's & Children's Center, Benefis Heart & Vascular Institute, Radiology & Benefis Breast Center, and the Benefis Healthcare Foundation. "Green" building features of the facility include a rooftop garden, waterfall atrium, and large windows allowing the use of natural light in patient rooms and lounges.

Evco installed a Rauland Responder IV nurse call system throughout the new tower, completely integrating it with the infrastructure of the existing facilities on the Benefis campus.

Evco continues to work closely with Benefis to provide dependable nurse call and notification system technologies for all of their facilities in the Great Falls community.

Gonzaga University McCarthey Athletic Center, Spokane WA

We recently completed the professional sound systems at Gonzaga's new athletic center.

Gonzaga University recently moved into the new McCarthy Athletic Center located on the Gonzaga Campus adjacent to the original Martin Centre, where the legendary "Kennel" began, to begin the 2004/2005-basketball season. The facility is not only home for the men's and women's basketball team but also provided an opening evening of entertainment starring Bill Cosby in concert. This 6,000 seat Arena fills a need for a venue between the seating capacity of the Spokane Opera House and the Spokane Veterans Arena. Gonzaga is a private University located in Spokane WA.

Paschal Sherman Indian School, Omak WA

Completed in 2005, the Pashcal Sherman School is near Omak in North Central Washington State.

Paschal Sherman Indian School is on the reservation of the Colville Confederated Tribes and serves the members of the tribe. The school was founded as a missionary school in 1889 and operated as such until 1973, when operation was transferred to the Colville Tribe. During its history it has had dormitories, a hospital, a museum, and a baseball team as well as administrative and educational buildings. The school has had its share of bad luck with fires destroying various buildings in 1919, 1938, 1955, and 1958. These fires, and other reasons, had resulted in a mix of buildings not best suited for the educational mission of the school. Plans for new structures were on hold for a number of years until funding became available. Construction of the new buildings began in 2003.

The project consists of three buildings to replace the existing mix of structures that had been in use for many years. A school building, a dormitory and a maintenance shop were built. The dormitory is needed as they have students from other areas attending school as well as their own residents. EVCO was selected to provide the low-voltage systems including fire alarm in each building, intrusion, closed-circuit television. intercom, phone, TV distribution, and sound systems. In 2006, EVCO was back on-site installing additional CCTV cameras in the school and dormitory.

The main entrance of the high school faces North. The physical world and spiritual beliefs of Native Americans are very important in their culture and the design of this project incorporated many of these aspects into the structures, such as the use of locally native wood in the construction.

New Surgical Area

We recently completed the nurse call systems in a new surgical department for an area hospital.
