Background – EVCO Sound and Electronics maintains a fully staffed service department that ensures your needs are met 24/7 regardless of the problem. Our factory trained technicians have the experience needed to troubleshoot and repair the problem correctly. This includes all types of communications systems, nurse call systems, fire alarm, CCTV and CATV distribution systems, as well as access control and security systems. We have been handling the service needs for large, complex installations throughout the Inland Northwest and provide the same high quality of service for all of our customers, no matter the size or complexity. Our UL listed shop maintains service stock for all types of installations to keep critical systems up and running as well as maintenance items to ensure proper operation of systems. Training – Our service technicians are factory trained on a wide variety of systems, and training is always an ongoing process. We are also able to provide end user training on systems either as a refresher or for new employees/users. Factory training for end users is available on many of our systems as well. Properly trained users allow for less downtime and can also reduce operating costs.
Fire and Intrusion system Monitoring – EVCO Sound and Electronics offers UL listed fire/burglary/elevator monitoring at very competitive prices. Account changes and support are handled in our local office and dispatch instructions can be tailored for your specific needs. We can also evaluate your existing monitoring needs and create a monitoring solution that is cost effective and reduces false alarms. Technical documents and manuals are readily available for all of our customers to assist in the troubleshooting process. We will work with your organization to try to identify and correct the problem before dispatching a technician. Many problems can be solved during tier 1 troubleshooting. EVCO Sound and Electronics can also configure remote access for most systems to allow for real-time diagnostics and troubleshooting.
